Original message: Please, please do not discontinue Northern Exposure. It is the highlight of our evening TV viewing and we could watch it over and over for many more years to come. It's wonderfully written, acted, timely, funny, thought provoking, the best of the best. If you have to take a break and air other programs, then please bring Northern Exposure back at another time in the near future. We will miss this show terribly in an otherwise dull TV listing of shows on other channels. This show makes a difference, is so wholesome, and give us a wonderfully needed break from all the shows that concentrate on too much grim reality. KBDI, you will do a huge disservice to the TV viewing public if you discontinue this show, either temporarily or permanently. Please, please reconsider!!!
